	Model PTR Pull-Through Straightener The Dynamic Pull-Through Straightener can be mounted directly onto the back of PF Mechanical Feed or our DX 6" & 12" wide ServoFeeds. Solely powered by the feed it's mounted to, the PTR straightener requires very little pulling force to feed and straighten. .

	How It Works The H�mmerle passes each part between two rows of driven straightening rolls alternately bending the part as it passes through. Transducers monitor positioning of the upper straightening roll frame so if varying part cross sections start to lift the frame, increased hydraulic counter pressure maintains frame position and a constant roll gap profile. This assures part-to-part consistency with precise flatness tolerances regardless of cross section variance.
