Space Gear MK II – The most innovative, cost effective 3D laser cutting
machines
in the market place, offered with either 2500 or 4000 watt resonators.
With
increasing emphasis on reducing the number of operations in
manufacturing, this
machine truly lives up to it’s, “Done in one” billing---often
reducing 3 or 4
operations to a single one for increase part accuracy and through put
while reducing
expensive labor, fixturing cost and scrap.
In addition, rather than being limited to
cutting at 90 degrees to the material, as with 2D, flat sheet lasers,
with our Space
Gear machine we can cut the material at up to 45 degree angles for
knife-edges,
weld bevels, countersinking bolts, etc.--------all this for around 20%
more that what
you might expect to pay for a comparable flat sheet laser.

Fabrigear tube cutting lasers --- One of the fastest growing, new

With more variety of tubing being produced and more and more
products being designed for tubing, demand for this type of technology is
expanding faster than any other type of laser. These dedicated lasers can
cut all
types of tubing (round, square, rectangular) as well as other types of
structural
materials (angle, channel, I-beams).
Basically, if it come in a stick, we can cut it!
Offered in both 2500 watt and 4000 watt resonators.
This machine comes with built
in automation for unattended use.
