The
Metalmaster
III is a unitized table and gantry cutting machine that utilizes
the Conventional & Precision Plasma process to produce excellent
looking parts for the precision fabrication market.
The machine rides
on a rugged, machined, modular steel base and track assembly. The
track rails are aligned at the factory to insure accuracy. The base
supports a separate side draft exhaust cutting table. Rail alignment
is not affected if plates are accidentally dropped on the table.

The
Promaster
II is a unitized table and gantry cutting machine that supports
up to four processes-including Precision Plasma, Conventional
Plasma, drill and air scribe-all on one machine. The accurately
machined and aligned track and ways, coupled with cross axis
ball-screw drive, produce excellent looking parts with extreme
accuracy.
The machine rides
on a rugged, welded-and-machined, modular steel base. Both the long
and cross axis of the machine ride on linear ways for high
positioning accuracy.
The integrated
cutting table includes a zoned and ducted exhaust system, ready to
be connected to a dust collector. The table features pull out
drawers to make easy removal of small parts and cutting slag.

The
MPC2000
is a Multi-Process cutting machine that provides productivity and
versatility. This machine can be equipped with multiple carriages
with up to five separate processes-Precision Plasma, Conventional
Plasma, oxyfuel, drill and marker, all on one machine. A total of
four separate tool stations may be installed on the MPC 2000
machine.
The MPC 2000 is
able to deliver clean smooth cut edges and precisely cut holes at
very high accuracy and repeatability.
The MPC2000
includes linear motion ways and state-of-the-art AC servo drives to
provide dependable machine tool performance. The rugged double beam
construction makes the MPC 2000 tough enough to keep cutting, even
through three shifts and offers the strength and stability for
maximum accuracy and repeatability.

The
SteelPro
is a unitized table and gantry cutting machine that utilizes
Precision and Conventional plasma process to produce excellent
looking parts for the precision fabrication market.
The machine rides
on a rugged, machined, modular steel base and track assembly. The
track rails are aligned at the factory to insure accuracy. The base
supports a separate side draft exhaust cutting table. An
optional Slagger self-cleaning tables is also available. Rail
alignment is not affected if plates are accidentally dropped on the
table.

The TMC4500ST
is a heavy duty gantry machine built for state-of-the-art performance
in the rigorous environment of welding and fabrication shops.
Multiple-section box beam steel construction results in a stiff
backbone to the gantry frame. Hardened and ground ways support even
the heaviest cutting carriages. Long axis rails are fabricated from
tough 115 lb./yd. crane rail to support and guide the cutting
operation.
Tools include
conventional plasma systems from 100 to 760 amps including HT2000,
HT4001 and HT4400, plus precision plasma up to 200 amps including
HD3070 and HD4070.
The TMC4500ST is
available with the Global Control, the most advanced CNC control
system on the market. PC-based with intelligent dialog windows
for data input, multi-tasking capability and a programmable shape
library, the system can control up of 12 axes of machine motion.

separate 300 watt peak motors for each end truck for a true dual
drive. Each drive motor is directly coupled to a low backlash
